These are some points and reasons to my option for this subject :
* Biology is connected to discipline specific knowledge as students need to construct their own experiments by their own with strict precautions, procedures to obtain accurate answers. Students are trained to control themselves when experimenting.
Next is revision, Biology needs understanding and moreover revision as there are facts to remember and use it to other application. Students must have discipline in planning for revision for this subject.
* Biology requires interpersonal skills such that students can perform their presentations well through sufficient discussion between themselves. Students learnt how to speak out their ideas so that ideas can be presented.
Assignments is done together in teams and students learnt to cooperate with others in such a way they complete their task together.
* Thinking and problem solving skills are seen in this subject precisely. In reality, professionals invented many other ways to improve human's living till now, such as discovering heart transplant from cadaver even the heart had stop beating and bionic eye invention to give the blinds chance to view the beauty of the world.
* Biology promotes students to have life-long learning skills. Students are capable to learn more and have the passion to enhance their knowledge in Biology. Students may be motivated to obtain more knowledge about Biology field.
Biology contain contents about nutrition and that's essential for those who work as nutritionist to improve thier patients lifestyle by learning new knowledge to implicate in solutions.
* Biology enhance citizenship and global perspectives of students about the world around us. Students are alerted by news of Ebola virus striking the world and become medical volunteers for the patients all around the world that need help urgently to lighten the effect of the virus to the world by doing researches and curing by medical pharmacy field.
